If you wish to delete your account and all associated data from the Lokseva Group / Lokseva Society App, please fill out the form below. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
Warning: Deleting your account will remove your login access, transaction history, and saved preferences. If you have active loans or deposits, you must close them at the branch before your digital account can be fully deleted.
What happens next?
- Our support team will receive your request immediately.
- We will verify your identity to prevent unauthorized deletion.
- Once verified, your digital account data will be permanently deleted from our servers within 30 days.
- You will receive a final confirmation email once the process is complete.
